Psychology
At Xtend Health, our psychology services are designed to support individuals of all ages in living happier, healthier, and more independent lives. Funded through the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS), our services help participants address emotional, behavioural, and social challenges with tailored, evidence-based interventions. Our psychologists work collaboratively with clients and their support networks to develop skills in emotional regulation, coping with anxiety, stress, or depression, and improving social and communication abilities. We also provide behavioural support in partnership with Behaviour Support Practitioners, assist with life transitions, and offer parent and carer training to ensure consistent strategies across environments. Functional assessments can also be completed to inform NDIS plans and funding needs. To ensure accessibility and flexibility, our psychology services are available in-home, in community settings, or via Telehealth.
